About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Learning Disability Support Worker. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in empowering individuals with learning disabilities to lead fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centered support to individuals with learning disabilities, promoting their independence and confidence.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care and medication management.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders.
