Responsibilities

  • Provide a warm and friendly welcome to guests, ensuring a seamless check-in process and setting the tone for their re-energizing experience.
  • Manage capacity at peak times to maximize the throughput of guests, ensuring that all areas of the lounge are well-stocked and presented.
  • Work as part of a team to ensure that all food and beverage offerings are continually available and well-presented, engaging with guests while serving a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
  • Be available to respond to guest questions or comments using high levels of customer service, maintaining high levels of organization and cleanliness within the lounge at all times.
  • Assist with stock delivery and rotation, waste away services following recycling procedures, and loading and unloading of the dishwasher.

Qualifications and Competences

  • Background in hospitality or customer services with high levels of customer interaction.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Good numerical skills with a keen eye for attention to detail.
  • Computer literate, including using payment machines and Microsoft office.
  • Ability to work as part of a team or be self-motivated to complete tasks.
  • Ability to follow processes and procedures and to apply flexibility when required.
