Room Leader Opportunity at Bright Horizons

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Room Leader to join our team at Bright Horizons Norfolk Lodge Montessori Nursery and Preschool. As a Room Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of Early Years professionals to deliver exceptional care and education to our children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team to deliver high-quality care and education
  • Develop and maintain a positive and safe learning environment
  • Work closely with colleagues and parents to meet the individual needs of each child
  • Promote child welfare, protection, health, and safety
Requirements:
  • Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
  • Previous experience working in an Early Years setting
  • Sound understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and legislative requirements
