We are seeking a skilled and experienced Theatre Nurse to join our team at Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust. As a Theatre Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities- Undertake nursing assessments and evaluations to develop appropriate plans of care for patients.
- Deliver comprehensive care to patients undergoing treatment in the operating theatre.
- Ensure safe administration of drugs and accurate record-keeping in accordance with NMC and CHS policies.
- Participate in the assessment of patient care needs and implement agreed standards of care.
- Provide high-quality care to patients in the pre-operative environment.
- A minimum of 6 months paid experience in a Theatre hospital environment within the last 3 years.
- Registered with the HCPC.
