Job Title: Multi Skilled Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multi Skilled Engineer to join our team at Randstad Construction and Property. As a Multi Skilled Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out a variety of trade repairs and maintenance work in social housing properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out plumbing, carpentry, kitchen and bathroom fitting, and general maintenance works in social housing properties.
  • Work to deliver a variety of trade repairs and maintenance work, including plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance.
  • Hold a relevant trade qualification, NVQ2 or equivalent C&G.
  • Previous experience working in social housing properties.
  • Hold a valid full or automatic UK driving licence held for a minimum of 12 months as a company vehicle will be provided (work use only).
  • Flexible approach as you will be asked to go on an out of hours call out rota.
