Job Summary
We're seeking a Sales Assistant to join our team on a 20 hour contract. As a Sales Assistant, you'll be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, working with our team to create a fun and engaging shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Assist with visual merchandising, including setting up displays and maintaining store appearance
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash and credit transactions
- Participate in stock management, including receiving and processing deliveries
