Join Our Team as a Commercial Property Lawyer

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Property Lawyer to join our team at TPP Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice on commercial property matters, including property management, disposal, and lease management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hands-on property management: Work closely with our property team to manage a variety of tasks, including property disposal, lease management, and general asset management.
  • Conduct due diligence: Obtain s119 reports and collaborate with surveyors to maximise property value.
  • Manage legal documentation: Coordinate with external counsel to draft, review, and negotiate contracts, leases, licenses, and other legal documents.

Requirements:

  • Commercial property law: A qualified Barrister or Solicitor with at least 3 years of experience in commercial property.
  • Strong negotiation skills: Ability to negotiate complex deals and contracts.
  • Attention to detail: Meticulous approach to reviewing and preparing documents.
  • Problem-solving: Ability to find solutions to complex legal or regulatory challenges.
