About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pricing Strategist to join our team at Together. As a key member of our Pricing, Planning and Performance function, you will play a critical role in shaping our mortgage pricing strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Head of Pricing, Planning and Performance to develop and deploy pricing strategies that drive business growth and profitability.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and capitalize on market opportunities, ensuring positive customer outcomes while protecting margin.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity, providing insights to inform pricing decisions.
  • Ensure pricing strategies align with regulatory requirements and customer needs.
  • Work with Product Managers to develop pricing outputs, including scenarios and sensitivities.
  • Contribute to the budgeting and forecasting process, providing financial insights to inform business decisions.
  • Work with Finance to challenge and validate financial models, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
  • Develop and maintain data suites to track key performance indicators and risk metrics.
Requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong Excel skills, with the ability to develop and maintain complex financial models.
  • Experience working in a similar role, with a strong understanding of financial markets and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to think critically and strategically, with a focus on driving business growth and profitability.
