Salary:

Contract Type:
Maternity cover for the academic year

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain comprehensive records of student behaviour
- Foster strong communication between the educational institution and families regarding student conduct and development
- Offer support and guidance to students facing disciplinary actions
- Ensure compliance with established behaviour policies
- Collaborate with educators and leadership to promote a constructive school environment
- Utilize management systems for effective tracking of student behaviour

Qualifications and Experience:
- Prior experience in an administrative capacity, ideally within an educational context
- Strong communication abilities to engage with young individuals
- Capacity to manage sensitive situations with professionalism and empathy
- Excellent organizational skills with a focus on detail
- Familiarity with management systems is advantageous
