Job Description

We are seeking a talented Assistant Planner to support project delivery across our existing and growing client base in our Reading office. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering projects and supporting the growth and development of the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct planning activities as directed by the project coordinator.
  • Develop technical knowledge in the field of town planning.
  • Manage time effectively and work on projects to meet agreed client requirements and deadlines.
  • Provide excellent client contact and support senior colleagues as required.
  • Achieve or work towards achieving professional membership of the Royal Town Planning Institute.
  • Contribute to own continuing professional development through attendance at training courses and internal CPD sessions.
Requirements
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
