Job Overview

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting air tightness tests in conjunction with building regulations, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct air tightness tests in residential and non-residential buildings, ensuring accurate results and compliance with regulations.
  • Travel to construction sites and existing buildings, carrying out tests and providing expert advice to clients.
  • Manage workload effectively, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and clients, providing excellent communication and customer service.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, attending training and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Hold a full/clean driving license and be willing to travel extensively throughout the region.
Requirements
  • ATTMA level 1 qualification or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in air tightness testing, with a strong understanding of building regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
