Job Title: Agile Systems Analyst

The Agile Systems Analyst is a key member of YHB's IT Service Team, responsible for the deployment of business applications and conducting data analysis to support decision-making and optimize business processes. This role requires a broad technical knowledge in System Administration, Security Analysis, Network Engineering, and Data Analysis, as well as the ability to provide an exceptional end-user experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular security and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Implement robust network security measures, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and encryption protocols.
  • Evaluate and integrate new technologies to enhance the performance and reliability of systems.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret technical and business data to provide insights that inform decision-making.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements for data analysis projects.
  • Develop data-driven solutions to address business challenges and identify opportunities.
  • Maintain servers, workstations, storage systems, and other related components to ensure all systems are operating efficiently.
  • Configure and deploy standard business applications, ensuring they are properly integrated into the existing infrastructure.
  • Maintain network infrastructure components, including routers, switches, and firewalls, to ensure a secure, reliable, and efficient network environment.
  • Identify opportunities for network expansions and upgrades to support the organization's growth and evolving needs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in IT Systems Engineering or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of IT and Network Security principles and best practices.
  • Experience with current versions of Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with system automation and scripting.
  • Commitment and dedication to integrity, teamwork, innovation, and service.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to lift/carry equipment up to 70lbs.
  • Ability to travel to YHB offices, client locations, and/or training.
