About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Receptionist to join our team at Chalkwell Kennels. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our reception area.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You will be responsible for greeting visitors, handling inquiries, and providing information to staff and visitors alike.

You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, handling sensitive information, and ensuring the security and confidentiality of our premises.
