Senior Tax Manager

Pro-Tax is seeking a highly experienced Senior Tax Manager to join our Investment arm in London. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing tax advice and compliance services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide tax advice and compliance services to clients, particularly in relation to executive remuneration and international tax matters.
  • Support the design, implementation, and maintenance of remuneration policies, processes, and equity plans.
  • Manage and maintain key relationships with tax advisors and HMRC.
  • Collaborate with our Investment partners group to provide client-facing services.
Requirements:
  • CTA/ACA/ATT qualified with experience in a practice environment.
  • Strong client advisory experience, particularly in personal tax and international tax.
  • Offshore experience and knowledge of non-dom tax matters.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
