**Key Responsibilities:**

* Support planning: Assist in developing category strategies and service positioning through research and analysis.
* Solution development: Help take new solutions from concept to market trials and launch, engaging cross-functional teams and local markets.
* Proposition toolkits: Develop and execute communication tools, campaigns, and training materials for product launches, managing claims across category assets.
* Communications and business partnering: Work closely with suppliers, local markets, and marketing functions to ensure timely and budget-compliant project delivery.
* Market research: Gain deep insights into competitors, market trends, and customer needs to inform strategy.

**Requirements:**

* Strong commercial acumen and project management skills.
* Confident in using presentation software and creating impactful materials.
* Holds a 2:1 Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or management (or equivalent experience).
* Knowledge of a second language is a plus.
