Job Title: Mobile Vehicle Technician

Location: This position covers the local and surrounding areas.

Salary: £16.30 per hour to start, rising to £17.30 per hour after successful probation with an exceptional career progression plan to increase your base salary. Any overtime worked is around £25 per hour

Hours: Monday to Friday, 35 hours, with shifts falling between 8am and 5pm, (up to 8pm in the summer months) with 1 in 4 Saturdays, paid at time and a half

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Vehicle Technician to join our team at Octane Recruitment. As a Mobile Vehicle Technician, you will be responsible for identifying problems and advising customers on vehicle issues, performing vehicle servicing and general maintenance, including electrical and vehicle diagnostics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify problems and advise customers on vehicle issues.
  • Perform vehicle servicing and general maintenance, including electrical and vehicle diagnostics.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service as the face of the business.

Requirements:

  • Minimum level 2 Vehicle Maintenance and Repair qualification.
  • At least five years of experience as a full-time Mechanic.
  • Full UK driving license.
  • Strong all-round technical experience in maintenance, technical, electrical, and diagnostic areas.
