Job Summary:
Rise Technical Recruitment is seeking a skilled Lab Technician to join our team in a hybrid role that combines office and laboratory work. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and executing tests, collaborating with R&D engineers, and contributing to the growth and success of our company.
About the Role:
- Design and execute tests to ensure the quality and safety of our products
- Collaborate with R&D engineers to develop new testing methods and procedures
- Work in a hybrid environment, with a minimum of 3 days per week in our office in Bromsgrove
About You:
- Hold a degree in a science or laboratory-related field, or equivalent experience
- Have a strong understanding of scientific and technical testing principles
- Have basic electronics knowledge and experience with data analysis software
- Be looking for a long-term role in a growing company with a strong focus on innovation and employee development
