Job Title: Mechanical Field Service Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Field Service Engineer to join our team at a leading manufacturer of fan and smoke extraction systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel around the UK to visit customers and perform PPM (Predictive Maintenance) on their systems.
  • Work alongside the design and manufacturing teams to resolve technical issues and improve system performance.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external customers to provide excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a mechanical fitter or equivalent qualification.
  • Knowledge of air movement, air conditioning, bearings, belts, and motors.
  • Ability to work flexibly and travel extensively throughout the UK.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
