Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Java Developer to join our team at Version 1. As a Java Developer, you will play a key role in the design, development, and delivery of our software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop high-quality Java applications using Spring/SpringBoot framework
  • Work with cross-functional teams to deliver software solutions that meet our clients' needs
  • Collaborate with other developers to ensure seamless integration of components
  • Develop and maintain unit tests to ensure high-quality code
  • Participate in Agile delivery methodologies, including CI/CD, building pipelines, testing, and architecture
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Java technologies and best practices

Requirements

  • SC Eligible or Cleared
  • Strong Java development and unit testing experience
  • Experience developing fully functioning Java applications based on Spring/SpringBoot framework
  • Experience with scaling and management using Kubernetes, and Terraform, both in the cloud (AWS, Azure or GCP)
  • Front End development knowledge/experience in Angular, React, Node or Javascript
  • Experience in Agile delivery with knowledge of CI/CD, building pipelines, testing, and architecture
