**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Bus Driver to join our team at Arriva Northumbria Limited. As a Bus Driver, you will play a vital role in connecting our customers to what matters to them, while ensuring their safety and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service, building relationships with our customers and providing a welcoming experience
- Transport customers safely and efficiently, adhering to company policies and procedures
- Participate in ongoing development and training to enhance skills and knowledge
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
What We Offer:
- Competitive pay rates, with increases after 12 months of service
- Minimum paid 39 hours per week, even if you finish your shift earlier
- Overtime opportunities available

Requirements:
- Must be over 18 years of age
- Have been driving for a minimum of 6 months
- No more than 6 points on your licence
- Will need to undergo a drug and alcohol test before your assessment
- Will need to pass an English comprehension test
