Customer Service Advisor

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Advisor to join our team at Brite Recruitment Ltd. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving complex issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers to resolve incidents, events, and requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Analyse and diagnose errors, faults, and incidents to provide effective solutions
  • Record accurate information to support improvements and decision-making
  • Prioritise and manage multiple open issues and incoming calls
  • Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with customers

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a phone-based customer service environment
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a warm and friendly disposition
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to create and develop good relationships with customers
