About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced Health Visitors to join our teams in Clackmannan and Falkirk, working on a full-time or 0.8 WTE basis. As a key member of our health visiting team, you will work with a diverse client population, including children and families with known additional needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage caseloads effectively, ensuring timely interventions and support for families.
  • Work collaboratively with families presenting with complex needs, providing guidance and resources to promote health and well-being.
  • Contribute to health improvement initiatives, developing and implementing strategies to address health inequalities.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support for families.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in health visiting, with a focus on caseload management, child protection, and health improvement.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to travel throughout the service delivery area, as required.
