We are currently recruiting for a Trainee Mortgage Advisor to join our team at William H Brown.

About the Role

As a Trainee Mortgage Advisor, you will work closely with our estate agency colleagues to maximize mortgage and protection sales from quality leads. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional client care and service, helping each client find the solution that best suits their individual needs and circumstances. You will also advise on and arrange residential mortgages, Buy to Let mortgages, remortgages, and product transfers, as well as non-regulated insurance products from market-leading insurers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with estate agency colleagues to maximize mortgage and protection sales from quality leads.
  • Deliver exceptional client care and service, helping each client find the solution that best suits their individual needs and circumstances.
  • Advise on and arrange residential mortgages, Buy to Let mortgages, remortgages, and product transfers.
  • Work with the residential team to provide feedback on progress to leads provided.
Requirements
  • Fully CeMAP qualified or equivalent.
  • Banking or financial background preferred but not essential.
  • Minimum of 1 year's sales experience (working towards targets/objectives).
  • Positive and resilient attitude.
  • Naturally driven to reach and exceed goals.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and a team player.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Numerate and detail-conscious.
