We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Assistant to join our team at Hilton Hotels. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our public areas, guest bedrooms, and bathrooms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of public areas, including lobbies, corridors, and restrooms.
  • Clean and maintain guest bedrooms and bathrooms, including changing linens, towels, and amenities.
  • Vacuum and dust public areas and guest rooms.
  • Restock and maintain trolleys and supplies.
  • Manage guest requests and respond to guest inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experiences.

Requirements:

  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
