Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Surveyor or Associate Director to lead our Commercial Property Management team in London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a team of Surveyors and acting as the client lead on a mixed asset class portfolio, primarily consisting of office-based properties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Surveyors in the management of a large portfolio of commercial properties
  • Act as the client lead on a mixed asset class portfolio, predominantly office-based
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize property performance and value
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth and expansion
