Position Overview:
The primary responsibility of the Logistics Associate is to efficiently manage tasks within the inbound, middle, and outbound sections of the warehouse. This includes organizing stock, selecting, and packaging customer orders for shipment.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday with rotating shifts (AM/PM). Flexibility is essential, as weekly hours will be discussed every Monday to plan for the upcoming week.

Location:
Pay rate: Before 12 weeks STD - from £11.53 to £14.18; OT from £17.30 to £23.06. After 12 weeks STD - From £12.05 to £14.82; OT from £18.08 to £24.10.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Organizing and storing incoming shipments in designated locations.
2. Restocking picking areas from surplus inventory.
3. Conducting inventory counts.
4. Picking orders accurately.
5. Maintaining cleanliness and organization within the warehouse (e.g., tidying up, sweeping, etc.).
6. Meeting daily performance metrics, such as stock organization and order dispatch.
7. Completing tasks diligently and adhering to company policies regarding time management, data security, and health & safety.
