We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Negotiator to join our team at Everpool, a leading property and lettings company based in the heart of Liverpool City Centre.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Lettings Director in ensuring that all properties are let in a timely manner across a range of new build properties in the Liverpool area.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct property viewings with potential tenants to showcase the properties and negotiate rental agreements on behalf of clients.
- Liaise with tenants to ensure smooth transactions and provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding available properties.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local property market trends and understand the local lettings market.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent organisational, prioritisation and planning skills.
- Minimum of 1 year's experience in a lettings / property negotiation role.
- Driving licence and own vehicle.
- Strong IT and communication skills.
- Professional conduct and attitude to enhance the company's reputation.
- Full-time, permanent position.
- Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm.
