About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Physiotherapist to join our progressive MSK Physiotherapy Service in Cornwall. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality physiotherapy services to patients in our outpatient setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and treat patients with musculoskeletal conditions, using evidence-based practice and clinical expertise.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, including physical examinations, and use diagnostic tools to inform treatment decisions.
  • Provide education and guidance to patients, families, and caregivers on condition management, self-care, and prevention strategies.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements
  • Current professional registration with the NMC or HCPC.
  • Degree or Diploma in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong clinical skills, with a focus on evidence-based practice and patient-centered care.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
