Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Freelance Digital Email and CRM Designer to join our team on a hybrid basis in Central London. As a key member of our Digital Design team, you will be responsible for creating engaging and effective email designs, content, and templating that reflect our brand guidelines while remaining culturally relevant and capturing our customers' imagination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the CRM team to deliver strategic briefs, including designing inspiring emails, new templates, and long-term projects.
  • Ensure all designs are created with a unified approach for a seamless omnichannel experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement digital marketing strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our brand, products, and target audience.

Requirements

  • Strong proven experience of email design across different brands, with a focus on fashion and/or sports.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, with the ability to create animations.
  • Proven experience using Figma is essential.
  • A solid understanding of video editing and formatting.
  • A good knowledge of asset packaging, optimization, and handover to development.
  • Good understanding of web development (CSS and HTML).
  • Strong grasp of email coding; understanding of capabilities and restrictions within different platforms.
  • Familiarity with Agile processes.
  • Good understanding of Brand and E-Commerce functions; the roles of teams within it etc.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive day rate of £250-£290, a 3-month initial contract with the possibility of extension, and a hybrid Central London-based work arrangement.
