This role requires a high level of organizational skill, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously. The successful candidate will be fluent in English and Russian, with a strong understanding of real estate regulations and codes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Property Portfolio Management: Oversee a diverse portfolio of properties across Europe, including Cyprus, the UK, Switzerland, France, and more, ensuring they are well-maintained and compliant with all relevant standards and regulations.
- Household Staff Management: Hire and manage household staff for villas, maintaining a high level of housekeeping and service excellence.
- Maintenance and Repairs Coordination: Collaborate with contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective repairs, leveraging organizational skills to keep operations running smoothly.
- Legal and Financial Coordination: Work with legal and financial consultants on real estate matters such as contracts, leases, taxes, and insurance.
- Regular Property Inspections: Conduct regular inspections to ensure top-notch maintenance and regulatory compliance, using an eye for detail to uphold high standards.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in property management or a related field.
- Fluency in English and Russian.
- Familiarity with real estate regulations and codes.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
- Proven experience in leasing, tenant relations, and property maintenance.
