Job Opportunity: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager / Branch Manager to join our team at Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD.
About the Role: As a Sales Manager / Branch Manager, you will be responsible for leading our London branch and driving sales growth through effective relationship-building with customers, suppliers, and team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will be the focal point of the London branch, responsible for managing, developing, and supporting a high-performing team.
- You will need to be a commercially-minded, sales-driven, and well-organized individual with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven experience in buying and selling products, facade product knowledge, and project management skills are essential for this role.
- You will be responsible for maintaining excellent relationships with suppliers and customers, understanding and meeting customer requirements, and negotiating contracts.
- Excellent IT skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously are also required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry.
- Facade product knowledge, including cladding, glazing, windows, doors, and rainscreen systems.
- Proven experience in buying and selling products, with a strong understanding of commercial principles.
- High-quality communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and team members.
- Managing, developing, and supporting a team, with a focus on driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
