About the Role

The Integration Installation and Support Engineer will be responsible for the installation, modification, and repair of SEA's integrated maritime systems on various classes of naval platforms. This role will also involve providing systems engineering support to design and develop the next generation of maritime systems.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Installation of communications systems on platforms, including modifications and upgrades
  2. Defect clearance and Setting to Work on platforms
  3. In Service support activities
  4. Production of method statements, risk assessments, and other documentation to support work activities
  5. Interface with customers and other organisations whilst working off-site
  6. Systems Engineering support to other Integrated Maritime Systems project activities as required
  7. Provide Systems Engineering support across project lifecycles
  8. Production and review of technical documentation
  9. Technical investigation, integration, and test activities
Requirements
  1. Willingness and ability to spend significant periods of time working off-site at customer premises throughout the UK and overseas when required
  2. Previous Systems Engineering experience
  3. Full UK drivers license
  4. Must be able to obtain SC clearance
