Senior Accounting Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accounting Manager to join our team in Goole. As a Senior Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for leading and training a team of accountants and managers, as well as advising clients on accounting and tax matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Management: Provide expert accounting and tax advice to clients, including sole proprietors and limited businesses in various industries.
- Team Leadership: Train and manage a team of accountants and managers, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality services to clients.
- Operational Review: Review and improve the operational work delivered to clients, ensuring it meets the highest standards.
Requirements:
- ACA, ACCA, or CTA qualification or equivalent experience in practice.
- Proven experience in managing small to medium-sized clients.
- Exposure to farming or agricultural-focused clients.
- Based commutable distance to Goole.
