About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Employment Law Solicitor to take on a busy caseload and contribute to the success of our firm. You will be expected to handle a range of complex employment transactions, including drafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies, and procedures, as well as guiding employers through TUPE and redundancy processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise employers, HR directors, and managers on Employment Law and HR issues
  • Handle complex employment transactions, including drafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies, and procedures
  • Guide employers through TUPE and redundancy processes
  • Participate in business development activities to ensure the team's success
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Upwards of 4 years' experience in Employment Law, either claimant or respondent
  • A proven track record of handling complex employment transactions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A safe pair of hands to handle a range of issues
