We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our team at CBW Staffing Solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive building maintenance on a commercial office contract located in Knightsbridge.
Key Responsibilities:- Carry out lighting installations, fault-finding, and lamp replacement
- Conduct emergency lighting tests and maintain control panels
- Monitor and maintain Building Management Systems (BMS)
- Perform plumbing tasks, including unblocking toilets and maintaining pumps and motors
- Electrically qualified with City & Guilds Level 2&3
- Proven track record in commercial building maintenance
- Multi-skilled with good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
