Job Title: Senior Accountant

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our team at Mandarin Recruitment. As a Senior Accountant, you will play a crucial role in managing diverse financial functions and providing accurate and timely financial performance data to key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage general ledger transactions, adjustments, and reconciliations.
  • Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.
  • Compile financial reports, budgets, and cash flow forecasts.
  • Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to track business performance.
  • Create and maintain an integrated financial performance report, analyzing trends and forecasts.
  • Offer financial guidance and support to management and business stakeholders.
  • Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes.
  • Manage accruals, prepayments, and aspects of the purchase/sales ledger.
  • Ensure daily trades are monitored and reconciled for accuracy and compliance.
  • Develop and enforce financial policies, procedures, and controls.
  • Verify and reconcile financial data for accuracy and adherence to established policies.
  • Identify areas for cost control and improvements through financial analysis.
  • Lead efforts to enhance financial processes and reporting for better efficiency and opportunities.
  • Advise and support business stakeholders on financial processes.
