Senior Contracts Engineer

Piling Recruitment Group Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Senior Contracts Engineer to join their team. As a key member of the operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects from mobilisation to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead engineers in contractual, technical, and safety matters.
  2. Coordinate workload between engineers and the Operations Director to ensure effective management.
  3. Meet with the work winning team to assist with project planning and inform the Operations Manager of requirements.
  4. Report to the Operations Manager on project performance monthly.
  5. Ensure project deliverables are understood through handover meetings with the process team.
  6. Prepare start-up site documentation and communicate deliverables to the site supervisor.
  7. Monitor works in accordance with design and specification.
  8. Record contract variations with the customer and involve the commercial department.
  9. Prepare and review project financial performance and revise the project forecast weekly.
  10. Attend pre-start meetings to address commercial, operational, and design matters.

Requirements:

  1. Degree or HNC qualification in a civil engineering related subject.
  2. Previous experience in ground engineering operations.
  3. A valid CSCS card.

The role involves travel to sites as work demands, and the company offers hybrid working arrangements.
