Assistant MEICA Project Manager

Gearing Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Assistant MEICA Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing contracts across the water framework, working closely with the lead PM to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Ensure MEICA project program compliance and update planners on water contracts
  2. Develop business opportunities and liaise with clients
  3. Monitor and review project commercial performance with commercial colleagues
  4. Task and productivity management, ensuring standards compliance
  5. Identify and report project risks and changes
  6. Liaise with designers to review and update project design
  7. Deliver projects safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standards
  8. Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
  9. Manage specialist sub-contractors and supply chain partners
  10. Coordinate with key project stakeholders
  11. Manage operational assets prior to client hand-over
Requirements
  1. Engineering background with aligned academic and training qualifications
  2. Water industry project experience preferred
  3. Previous experience in a similar MEICA project management role
  4. MEICA/civil works multi-disciplined interfacing
  5. Computer literacy, particularly with MS Office applications
  6. CITB (SMSTS) and/or CSCS qualified for managing safely
  7. Ability to work to target dates across multiple projects
  8. Hold a valid full UK driving license
  9. Eligible to work in the UK
