HSE Officer Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HSE Officer to join our team at Prince Personnel Limited. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities related to health and safety management systems, as well as environmental matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide guidance and advice on health, safety, and environmental matters across the business.
  • Ensure site metrics and quality measures are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Develop and maintain the company's HSE processes and systems.
  • Conduct risk assessments and ensure all systems of work are safe.
  • Carry out health, safety, and environmental inspections and reports as required.
  • Monitor and control contractor and sub-contractor activity within the facility.
  • Manage relevant HSE systems documentation.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in Health & Safety roles within the manufacturing sector.
  • NEBOSH Diploma level or equivalent is preferred but not essential.
  • Full UK Driving Licence is essential for site visits.
  • Previous experience in roles such as H&S Officer / H&S Advisor / SHE Coordinator / HSE Officer / EHS Advisor.
