We are seeking a skilled and experienced Complex and Large Catastrophic Personal Injury Claims Adjuster to join our client's team in their Diss office. This role offers the opportunity to manage high-value and challenging personal injury claims, with a salary of up to £40,000 and the flexibility of hybrid working.

• Manage a demanding caseload of complex and high-value Personal Injury claims
• Work closely with Panel Solicitors to develop effective strategies, particularly for catastrophic or multi-track claims exceeding £100,000
• Assess claims within agreed authority levels while maintaining a commercially savvy approach
• Develop strong negotiation skills and meticulous attention to detail

• Proven experience in managing catastrophic or multi-track claims exceeding £100,000
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to challenge effectively where needed
• Solid understanding of industry procedures, products, and services within the Insurance sector
