About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Operations Support - Scheduler to join our team at Yü Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in driving sustainable and operational change to create breakthrough benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the field engineer rota to ensure optimal resource allocation and efficient scheduling.
  • Create and manage capacity to meet business objectives and ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Ensure jobs are scheduled correctly with relevant processes followed, and engineers are 95% full on a daily basis.
  • Schedule metering and debt work, and monitor and amend schedules as required to meet objectives.
  • Act from initiative but according to procedure, identify complex issues, and escalate them as appropriate.
  • Maintain an appropriate level of knowledge and seek assistance from line manager and/or colleagues when required.
  • Record and capture details that feed into management reports.
Requirements
  • An analytical approach and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work as part of a small team and support colleagues.
  • Ability to handle a diverse workload, deal with repetitive tasks, and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Offer excellent customer service and have a friendly, approachable manner at all times.
  • Be a team player who is willing to go the extra mile for colleagues and the business.
