Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to join our team at Refresco Drinks UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and coordinating all payroll activities, ensuring accurate and timely processing of monthly salaried and hourly payrolls.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the processing of monthly payrolls, including employment changes and benefits.
  • Develop and implement effective payroll processes and procedures.
  • Lead and manage a team of payroll administrators and officers.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant payroll regulations and laws.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of payroll processes.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with extensive payroll experience, preferably with managerial or supervisory experience leading a payroll team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge and experience in payroll calculation and processing, as well as experience in handling payroll tax queries.
