We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Housing Support Worker to join our Sheltered Housing Livewell Team. As a key member of our care and support team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting older people in their daily lives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalized support to customers, promoting independence and well-being in a safe and respectful environment.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, their families, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care and support.
- Collaborate with colleagues and external partners to deliver holistic care services that address the physical, emotional, and social needs of our customers.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring they are tailored to meet the unique needs and preferences of each customer.
