About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team in Cambridge. As a key member of our central Finance function, you will play a critical role in supporting our business growth and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and yearly management accounts
- Post journals and provide variance analysis to inform business decisions
- Support the annual budget and forecasting process to ensure accurate financial planning
- Collate and analyze financial reports to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance and risk management
- Partner with the wider business to provide financial guidance and support
- Qualified (ACCA/CIMA) with a strong understanding of financial systems and processes
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment is desirable
- Self-motivated and confident with business partnering
- Analytical and data-driven with excellent business intelligence reporting skills
- Willingness to learn and continue developing skills and knowledge
- Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of financial systems
