Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Administrative Assistant to join our team at Undisclosed. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for managing the manual Excel product set up spreadsheet process, working with the BPS offshore team to ensure all products are set up correctly and on time, and liaising with the.com team to chase imagery from necessary teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Manual Excel Product Set Up Spreadsheet Process: Ensure accurate and timely setup of products in our systems.
- Work with the BPS Offshore Team: Collaborate with the team to ensure all products are set up correctly and on time, adhering to brand CP and with support from relevant Assistant Buyer.
- Liaise with the.com Team: Chase imagery from necessary teams, with support from relevant Assistant Buyer.
- Understand Good, Better, Best Attributes: Ensure correct pricing is entered into our systems.
- Prepare Sign Off Packs and Trading Packs: Assist in preparing packs for International Selling Events.
- Manage Sample Requirements: Coordinate all sample requirements for events, requests, and sign offs.
- Ensure Accuracy of Systems and Labels: Ensure accuracy of systems and labels in readiness for International Selling Events.
- Build Relationships: Build relationships with key stakeholders, including brands and the.com team.
- Set Up Additional Lines/Requests: Set up additional lines/requests and progress quickly to ensure on-time launch for relevant seasons.
- Use IT Systems and Software: Use appropriate IT systems and software packages required to drive delivery of critical path elements.

Requirements:
- Buying Experience: Either buying experience with a major retailer or experience within a retail head office environment.
- Passion for Products: Passion for products and desire to learn about the brand and customer.
- Highly Organized: Highly organized with attention to detail when performing tasks, ability to anticipate and manage problems, with an ability to prioritize and escalate where necessary.
- Systems Experience: Systems experience or a clear demonstration of the ability to learn to use systems quickly.
- Good Communication Skills: Good communication skills; communicating clearly using phone, email, VC, etc.
- Knowledge of Buying Process: Knowledge of, or strong desire to learn about, the end-to-end buying process to take responsibility for critical path management.
