Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Estimator to manage the estimating process for specific projects and clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for determining the resources needed for a project, including labor, materials, equipment, and other expenses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the estimating process for specific projects and clients while adhering to cost, quality, and client specifications.
  • Determine the resources needed for a project, including labor, materials, equipment, and other expenses.
  • Ensure that the budget aligns with the project's scope and requirements.
  • Work closely with sales teams, designers, and project managers to ensure accurate estimates and successful project delivery.
  • Maintain a professional approach in all supplier relationships, adhering to company guidelines and purchasing policies.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as an Estimator within a light manufacturing organization, preferably in the signage industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge and familiarity with various signage materials.
  • An understanding of technical CAD drawings is essential.
  • Effective communication skills to ensure accurate estimates and successful project delivery.
  • Strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
  • IT literacy with a good working knowledge of Excel, Word, and MS Office.
  • Self-motivated and driven with the ability to set personal targets.
  • Full UK driving license.
