Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Concierge to join our team at BBL Property Recruitment. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to residents and contractors in a busy and diverse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for residents and contractors, providing a 5-star service
  • Work a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, 7am to 7pm, in a high-quality residential estate in Eltham
  • Provide administrative support to the estate management team
  • Ensure the smooth operation of the estate, including maintenance and repairs
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents and contractors

Requirements:

  • Reliable, smart, polite, and friendly with excellent written and spoken English
  • Previous experience as a Concierge or in a similar role
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
