About the Role

Kennedys Law is seeking a skilled Facilities Coordinator to provide exceptional support services to our Chelmsford office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic support to the office team, ensuring a high standard of facilities management.
  • Coordinate client events and maintain a presentable environment for staff and clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, teams, and third-party service providers.
  • Manage maintenance tasks, permits, and ensure the firm's support services are delivered to a high standard.
  • Front of House duties, including reception, meeting facilitation, and catering.
  • Monitor mailbox, deal with enquiries, and report issues to relevant teams.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail, including internal distribution and uploading to the case management system.
  • Log helpdesk jobs, arrange building access, and permits.
  • Provide holiday cover for team members and support the Facilities Leadership Team as needed.
Requirements
  • Experience in facilities management, particularly in professional services.
  • Excellent administration skills, communication skills, and attitude to provide a first-class service to clients.
  • Ability to identify and proactively manage user concerns or queries.
  • Flexibility in approach and willingness to travel between UK offices.
  • Team player with a positive and open attitude.
