We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate City Planner to join our team at Carrington West. As a key member of our planning department, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our clients' projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee planning applications of all sizes, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
  2. Handle planning appeals, presenting cases to local authorities and tribunals.
  3. Represent clients in Local Plan submissions, providing expert advice and guidance.
  4. Participate in Local Plan Examinations, contributing to the development of planning policies.

As a successful Associate City Planner, you will have excellent stakeholder management skills, with extensive client interaction and the opportunity to attend networking events. You will be self-driven, enthusiastic about building your own client base, and committed to contributing significantly to the business's growth.

Requirements:
  • Town Planners with 8-10 years of professional experience, whether in the private or public sector.
  • Candidates should possess a postgraduate qualification in Planning and be chartered members of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI).
  • A full driving license is required.
