Senior Deep Learning Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Deep Learning Engineer to join our Data Science team at Chattermill. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing cutting-edge Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Machine Learning (ML) solutions to extract valuable insights from customer feedback data.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and develop advanced NLP products, including fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), intent recognition, ranking, translation, summarization, phrase extraction, and sentiment analysis.
- Develop strong relationships with ML Engineering, ML Operations, Engineering, and Product teams to ensure seamless collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality code and adherence to best practices.
- Ensure the scalability, efficiency, and performance of NLP models in production.
- 4+ years of work experience in Data Science with significant experience in deep learning and natural language processing, especially Large Language Models.
- MSc/MEng degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Computational Linguistics, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis and predictive modeling.
- Ability to tackle complex data challenges and provide innovative solutions that are scalable and efficient.
- Strong software engineering skills for prototyping and production solutions.
- Excellent command of at least one programming language (preferably Python).
- Experience in fast-paced, agile environments managing uncertainty and ambiguity.
- Interest in mentoring and knowledge sharing with data scientists at Chattermill.
- Great communication, writing, and presentation skills.
